UFO 'rattles' Pennsylvania witness: 'I just want to know if what I saw was real'
Saturday, 28 November 2009
A Pennsylvania witness near Harrisburg watched a UFO - three bright, round, orange lights - appear and disappear in the night sky five times at two different locations on November 18, 2009, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database. The witness reports being "completely shaken" by the incident, questioning whether or not we are "alone in the universe," and wants to know if the sighting was "real."
The testimony seems to point out how random UFO sightings are and how unprepared witnesses are to capture photographic evidence. In this case, the witness attempted to take video images from a cell phone, but reports only about "one second" of images was actually captured. Like this report, many reports begin with the witness offering up information on their sobriety and asking if anyone else might have seen the same object.
The following is the unedited witness testimony from MUFON. Please keep in mind that this is an uninvestigated case, and that many UFO reports can be resolved as something natural of manmade. If Pennsylvania MUFON Director John Ventre investigates and reports back on this sighting, this page will be updated.
