UFO disclosure: the bigger problem

Have you ever had the fleeting thought that something is not quite right about our existence on Planet Earth? Have you ever suspected someone somewhere might know something more on the topic but isn’t telling you? You are not alone.

Only the most narrow-minded individual could possibly accept the notion that the universe wholly and solely consists of what we perceive with our very limited five senses or that which science claims to fully understand and explain in conventional terms.

Science demands a lot of people if it expects them to swallow the idea that the universe simply came into being out of nothingness for no reason whatsoever.

As human technology advances, devices and installations for picking up all kinds of signals and phenomena not immediately perceived by our five senses have spread throughout the scientific and technical world. From infrared imaging and devices designed to monitor radioactivity to magnetosphere observatories. Human beings are more capable than ever of seeing that which was once invisible.

Obviously, the more such technology evolves the more chance of bumping into things that can't be explained in current scientific terms. It would be naïve to think this hasn’t already happened.

Generally governments and higher learning institutes are the only organisations that have both the will and the ability to fund research into the unknown. The few private corporations that might be undertaking research into so-called paranormal phenomena are just as likely to keep their findings to themselves.

Debunkers of UFO events are quick to talk about how stringent scientific processes are in terms of confirming the existence of something. They assume they have been given the full picture. Perhaps they are being a little naïve to believe that science is inherently more honest and open than any other human endeavour.
