UFO over Peoria, Ilinois while triangle craft moves low over Carbondale

The UFO Traffic Report for Monday, December 1, 2009, includes 10 selected sightings over 8 states, according to witness statements filed in the past 72 hours with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If MUFON investigates and reports back on any of these cases, I will update this page. The following reports and their headlines are unedited and uninvestigated.

In other news: Margie Kay was recently appointed to the MUFON Star Team by Richard Lang, and will be doing investigations in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa and surrounding states. She joins Debbie Ziegelmeyer, Missouri MUFON State Director, who was appointed to the Star Team early this year. Congrats Margie - keep up the good work.

First up are two Illinois cases reported on November 30 from towns separated by about 265 miles. We'll check in soon with Illinois MUFON Director Sam Maranto to see where these cases end up.

IL, November 30, 2009 - 6 light bulbs under it, moving forward an backward, stationary, and moving again. MUFON Case # 20816.

This Illinois witness at Peoria watched an object moving back and forth in the sky and turning lights on and off. Images were captured.
